1) When will my order ship?

  • Within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

2) When will I receive my order?

  • Within 14 business days for standard shipping and sooner for expedited. Weekends and holidays will extend delivery.

3) What do I do if my order is marked delivered but I have not receive my order?

  • Please note, j Briélle is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

4) Do you offer returns?
