Shipping policy

We are a one woman operation. Handbags and charms are made to order and in the order they are placed. Please allow 14 business days for processing and creation prior to shipping.  Shipping dates are estimates and tracking will update with a more accurate date when the carrier receives your package. If it has been more than 14 days and you have not received tracking, please email us at support@shopjbrielle.com

Please double check your shipping address. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the label is printed.  If there is a possibility of the package being stolen, please ship to a more secure location. j Briélle is not liable for stolen packages.

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

Please note, j Briélle is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days after the carrier receives the package, please contact us at support@shopjbrielle.com
