Dolly — a modern twist on the classic bucket bag, handwoven from soft cotton chunky yarn for a bold, textured look. Each bag is lined with smooth satin for a beautiful finish and can be customized with up to two colors for a truly unique design. Dolly features an acrylic logo tag with four color options and includes an additional chain strap available in four finishes, giving you even more ways to wear and style your bag.

Each handbag is delivered in a signature Emerald j Briélle dust bag, ensuring it remains pristine and protected. 

Dimensions: 8.5" wide by 7" tall. 10" tall with fabric strap. Chain strap is 47".

Care Instructions: Dolly is machine washable in cold water, tumble dry low, but we recommend spot cleaning to ensure longevity.

Returns

All items are FINAL SALE due to customization.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Processing Time

Handbags and bag charms are made to order and in the order they are placed. Please allow 14 business days for processing and creation prior to shipping.

• Ground: 3-5 Business Days
• 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
• Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

Options provided at checkout include processing time and give approximate date of arrival. Shipping dates are estimates and tracking will update with a more accurate date when the carrier receives your package. If it has been 7 days and you have noticed no movement once shipped, please email us at support@shopjbrielle.com. 

Address Adjustment

Please double check your shipping address. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the label is printed.  If there is a possibility of the package being stolen, please ship to a more secure location. j Briélle is not liable for stolen packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note, j Briélle is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If after 4 business days of your order being marked as "Delivered” by the carrier, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders. A new order would have to be placed.

Over time, you may notice some pilling, a common occurrence with natural fibers. This is simply the result of your bag lovingly brushing against various fabrics throughout its use. To keep your bag looking its best, consider using a fabric shaver. This handy tool can quickly and easily remove any pills, rejuvenating your bag's appearance and extending its life.
