Each bag is customizable, offering a snap closure option or none at all. Each Lauren bag has the choice of 4 acrylic logo tags to tailor to your style. Each handbag arrives in our signature Emerald j Briélle dust bag, ensuring it remains pristine and protected. 

The handle will start off a shorter length but due to the yarn being fabric, the heavier the contents of the bag, the more the handle will stretch.

Returns

All items are FINAL SALE due to customization.

Please
inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we
can evaluate the issue and make it right.

and bag charms are made to order and in the order they are placed.
Please allow 14 business days for processing and creation prior to shipping.

Options
provided at checkout include processing time and give approximate date
of arrival. Shipping dates are estimates and tracking will update with a
more accurate date when the carrier receives your package. If it has
been 7 days and you have noticed no movement once shipped, please email

Address Adjustment

Please
double check your shipping address. If you realize that you entered
your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. Shipping
addresses cannot be changed once the label is printed.  If there
is a possibility of the package being stolen, please ship to a more
secure location. j Briélle is not liable for stolen packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note, j Briélle is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If after 4 business days of your order being marked as "Delivered”
by the carrier, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders. A new
order would have to be placed.

Handbags are machine washable in cold water, tumble dry low but we highly recommend spot cleaning to preserve the integrity of the bag.

Over time, you may notice some pilling, a common occurrence with natural fibers. This is simply the result of your bag lovingly brushing against various fabrics throughout its use. To keep your bag looking its best, consider using a fabric shaver. This handy tool can quickly and easily remove any pills, rejuvenating your bag's appearance and extending its life.
